- Meet and communicate in ways that feel safe — prefer documented messages in AshBuilt.
- Use written agreements for scope, price, schedule, and changes.
- AshBuilt does not participate in price negotiations between you and a pro.
For professionals
- Communicate clearly and keep important terms in writing.
- Never ask homeowners for passwords, gift cards, or unusual payment methods.
- Do not claim AshBuilt endorses or guarantees your bids.
- Honor your license, insurance, and local trade requirements.
- AshBuilt does not take a commission on your jobs or negotiated prices.
